YOU WAIVE ANY CLAIM AGAINST MATHIQUES AND HOLD MATHIQUES HARMLESS FROM ANY CLAIMS RESULTING FROM ANY ACTION TAKEN BY MATHIQUES DURING OR AS A RESULT OF ITS INVESTIGATIONS AND FROM ANY ACTIONS TAKEN AS A CONSEQUENCE OF INVESTIGATIONS BY EITHER MATHIQUES OR LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES.
