401(k) and Retirement
The Mathiques 401(k) is designed to help you save for retirement by offering various retirement choices in the form of pre-tax, Roth, and post-tax investment options. Mathiques provides matching contributions to help grow your retirement savings even faster.
Life Insurance
We understand that Life and AD&D benefits are essential to your family’s financial security. Mathiques provides Basic Life and AD&D at no additional cost to you. You also have the option to purchase additional Life and AD&D insurance for yourself and your dependents.
Short and Long-Term Disability
Mathiques provides both short-term and long-term disability at no cost to protect against lost time due to non-work-related injury or illness.

Health Savings Account
When you enrol in either of Mathiques’ medical plans, you can contribute pre-tax dollars to a Health Savings Account (HSA) to pay for qualified expenses. Eligible employees can also receive a company contribution to their HSA.

Paid Time Off (PTO)
Mathiques recognises that you need to rest and recharge outside of work and take care of life’s unexpected events when they arise. Taking time off is an important part of bringing balance to work and family life. For these reasons, we offer a paid time off (PTO) program for eligible employees.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Mathiques Holdings’ Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers confidential counseling and provider referrals. Our EAP offers assistance for a wide array of needs such as emotional health & well-being, legal & financial advice, grief & loss counseling, and marriage/ family problems.
Holidays
Holidays are an important part of employee benefits. Employees may be eligible to receive up to 11 paid holidays per year. While Mathiques’s family enjoy eight common holidays, each division chooses additional paid or floating holidays.

In order to support activities that enhance and serve the communities in which we live and work and the issues that impact quality of life, Mathiques offers paid volunteer time off to eligible employees.
